About
Posy Sage Design Co. was started in 2024 by Nikki, the OG of Posy Sage. An
adventurer at heart, Nikki ran Posy Sage from the road with her husband and son,
traveling across the country with Posy Sage in the back of her RV. She literally lived and
slept with Posy Sage until 2026. Feeling the desire to trade her RV for a catamaran
(crazy right??), she sold her beloved business to us – Megan and Andy.
We do not have the need for the breeze in our hair and certainly do not feel the desire
to travel across the open seas in a catamaran. In fact, we will stay planted in rural
Missouri until the cows come home (we don’t actually have cows).
Our vision was clear from the start, to make Posy Sage a one-stop shop for our
customers. To accomplish this, we are continually adding new inventory, taking requests
from customers, and we will also begin offering exclusive and custom focal beads for
our customers.
To sweeten the pot, we have launched a Loyalty Program and we hope to see your
name on it!
You may wonder how we accomplish all of this work from our restored 1956 Spartan
Royal Mansion (think The Long Long Trailer). We have a large community who steps in
to help. My best friends all pitch in and help (because who doesn’t like to play with
thousands of focals), especially my friend Tristan, who drops everything to help create
designs, pack orders, fix my computer, unpack inventory – basically my right hand girl.
Our daughter, Priscilla, also makes videos and packs orders when she’s not busy with
cheerleading (watch her compete online at National High School Cheerleading
Championship in February!), track, and being a teenager.
You may wonder why we picked a cat and a dog to represent our brand. Well, who
doesn’t love a cat or a dog (we get it if you don’t love cats). They are actually based on
our actual cats (2 dilute calico cats with long hair – Milky and Silky) and Sage is based
on our black German Shepherd. You will notice a theme with them, Posy is always
being sort of bad while Sage is always being a good girl. The same is true in my home
(and I’m sure in your home too). We hope you love them as much as we do and enjoy
their journey through life!
From our family to yours, Happy Beading!
